Josh Hyde founded JE Capital Partners with the intention to build a platform of service based companies through acquisition and partnership with family and founder-owned businesses. Josh’s full time efforts are dedicated to building relationships and seeking to acquire companies that could be a good fit.
Josh has spent his entire career in private equity, investment banking and M&A in the middle and upper middle market where he advised founders, corporations, and private equity on M&A transactions, raising capital, and pursuing strategic plans. Josh has completed more than $10 billion in transactions with a focus on commercial, facility, and utility services. Working alongside key stakeholders, owners, and investors to create and maximize value has driven his passion for entrepreneurship and the creation of JE Capital Partners.
Josh has always had a passion for investing and entrepreneurship and has also started multiple successful real estate ventures.
He currently serves as an Advisor to Northpoint Asset Management, an acquisition he completed in December 2023. Northpoint Asset Management is a top-10 largest SFR property manager in the country.
Josh is originally from southwest Missouri, he attended the University of Missouri and graduated with honors earning degrees in Finance & Banking and International Business.
